At ‘STRENGTH CAMP’ we focus on building size, strength and confidence through individualized training programs and comprehensive testing protocols. With close supervision and flexible start times we are able to maximize the quality and quantity of training.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR…
Any athlete 13+ looking for a strength and conditioning program built specific to their needs with the flexibility to work around other sport and school commitments.
After completing a baseline assessment, each athlete will be provided a training program suited to their specific needs. Integro Wellness Studio will be available for this program Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 6:30 – 8:30pm with our first session starting on Tuesday, December 3rd!
Athletes can arrive for training anytime between 6:30-7:30pm, whenever they do arrive there will be a coach on hand to guide them through their program that day. Our goal is create a program that can work around hectic schedules and the unique training pace of each athlete, not add more stress to your weekly schedule!

Justin Cross – Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
Justin is a competitive powerlifter and possesses over 15 years of training experience working with athletes from all levels up to and including the collegiate/university level. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) he maintains the highest designation in the field of sports performance and athlete development. Justin is personally involved in the development of all programs at Cross Conditioning.
Jordan Wright – Strength Coach
Jordan graduated from the NAIT Personal Fitness Trainer program with honours in 2014. Since then he has accumulated over 2800 hours of training experience as a CSEP-CPT. In addition, he possesses over 10 years of football experience. Jordan’s unique perspective will be utilized in all components of the strength programming.
