Dr. Adam Sandmaier graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. During his time in Iowa, Adam committed over 400 hours beyond the core curriculum in order to learn the most effective and researched manual therapy techniques available. Adam gained additional experience having had the opportunity to work at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs with Olympic stars and Olympic hopefuls.
In conjunction with joint manipulation, Adam is certified in soft tissue techniques like Active Release Techniques (ART) and Graston. He also employs corrective exercise and nutrition to help patients move without pain and to enhance performance. If you don’t like the idea of having your neck adjusted, don’t worry… Adam has other techniques that will help.
Whether your goal is to have less pain or perform better in sport, Dr. Adam Sandmaier would love to help you reach it.
