I appreciate that Ali took the time to look up the nutritional information at my favourite restaurants (both fast food and sit down) to offer healthier suggestions. This really shows that she understands that sometimes life gets in the way and cooking is just not an option.
I just wanted to let you know, how much I am enjoying training with Zach. He has really listened to my goals and done a great job building my confidence in the gym. Showing me the things I am capable of that I never dreamed, especially after suffering a fractured back! For example, a 200lb dead-lift! I am excited to see what happens in the next few months!
Ali provided a meal plan that was easy to incorporate into my own favorite recipes. This definitely makes the healthier lifestyle easier to maintain. She also provided some great recipes, as well as offering simple substitutions for ingredients I did not like. I am still making and incorporating these into my diet.

I was struggling with exercises I have been doing for the past ten years. I really enjoyed doing the exercises, but the exercises were barely doing anything for me or for my physical needs: maintaining muscle tone/strength, flexibility, and healthy outlook.
Justin’s personal training style appeared to me to be vastly superior to any other trainer with clients at the recreational centre. I was impressed with Justin’s interpersonal skills, his taking notes, reviewing the exercise to be performed with the client, and his approachability. It was very obvious Justin knew his stuff and if I followed his directions, my personal improvement would grow.
Following my own gut feeling, I approached Justin and asked whether he could help me with corrective exercises. From that point onward the personal training experience made a vast improvement in my life. I went from little knowledge of how muscles interact to a greater understanding of how body position and use of smaller muscles made a difference.
Before, it had been a long time since I had a feeling of a great workout. After doing the corrective exercises developed by Justin for me, that has changed and now I get that feeling
four times a week. Adding foam roller exercises before and after doing the corrective exercises soothe sore muscles and increased mobility.Everything Justin advised me or exercises created, once I followed and used the advice and exercises, made a positive change.
Justin knows that I really appreciate his expertise, his impressive educated knowledge, and all this help in getting results with my corrective exercises. It was an enjoyable five weeks.

Justin was a phenomenal learning experience.Justin was also available to answer any
questions that I had after I had finished my training sessions with him. Most
